Sushi and Probiotics

I am Wen.
How many of you like sushi? I’m raising my hands, yes, both hands. I love sushi!!! Sushi is not cheap, but if we have dinner budget for $70 per person, we’d pick sushi over a steakhouse. That says how much we love sushi.
Now, I’m not talking about California rolls, Dragon rolls….I’m talking REAL authentic Japanese style sushi, the kind of sushi with a little hint of wasabi, soy sauce and maybe just a little bit of Ponzu sauce.
(Nigiri Sushi Platter - Sushi Shibucho, Costa Mesa, CA)
(Seared Toro – Sushi Murasaki, Santa Ana, CA)
Can’t master the chopsticks skill? No worries. You are supposed to pick up Sushi/Nigiri (raw fish on top and rice at the bottom) with hands. Here is how.
What’s the connection here between sushi and probiotics? Unfortunately, sushi/raw fish contains worms and parasties that can get into your intestinal system and disturb to the healthy bacteria. So, I built up my own theory – take probiotics, replenish good bacteria, as soon as you eat sushi. I don’t have any scientific proof saying you should take probiotics after eating raw fish, but I feel safe knowing I put more good bacteria in my body.

I would rather have a .70 share price than $70.00 sushi! Thanks just the same, keep up the good work! When we get to .70 a share, I think I will be able to eat at the restaurants that you can afford!
